    The LIX. 59th Hungarian Congress

    We invite you to come and be part of the 59th Hungarian Congress, which will be held on November 29-30, 2019 in Cleveland, at the Hilton Garden Inn Cleveland Downtown 1100 Carnegie Ave., Cleveland, OH 44115. This year’s theme deals with the impact of Trianon peace treaty. We would like to emphasize the importance of national cohesion, Hungary’s and Hungarian minorities current situation and the future of our nation. We will celebrate the strength of the Hungarian people, which the resurrection of the country exhibited after the Trianon treaty. Hungary lost two-thirds of its territory, still survived, is striving and continues their thousand-year history in the Carpathian Basin. In celebrating our Hungarian heritage, we are planning cultural events and professional lectures during this two day event. We are planning to present traditional Hungarian food samples, screen Hungarian films, have a children’s artwork program, and organize the traditional ball and gala dinner.

    This year our guest are Zsolt Németh, President, Chairman of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the Hungarian National Assembly, also lecturer: László Szentesi Zöldi, currently a senior member of the Hungarian Democratic.
