Intermediate Hungarian I
Registration is now open for the online course Intermediate Hungarian I, offered by Cleveland State University in Fall 2022. The course is asynchronous, remote and open to all.
The course builds on the material learnt in CE Beginning Hungarian II and it aims to further develop proficiency in speaking, understanding, reading, and writing Hungarian. Completion of CE Beginning Hungarian II is not a prerequisite for this course, as you may have some comparable knowledge from other sources. As a continuation of CE Beginning Hungarian II, it introduces more advanced language structures and vocabulary, as well as develops communicative competence and confidence. The course aids students with necessary linguistic, contextual and cultural information when engaging in various situations. This class is entirely online, and you can go at your own pace. The instructor can schedule web or phone meetings as needed to promote your learning. All course materials are included.
Fall classes will run between September 12 and December 18, 2022. Course fee is 325 USD.
